Terms and Conditions
A credit card is required to guarantee the reservation. No amount will be charged at the time of booking.
Due to the limited number of seats available (4 tables in total) we are obliged to charge you in case of no show, late cancellation and change in the number of guests, which has not been communicated by email 48 hours in advance. Therefore, we kindly ask you to modify or cancel your reservation by email to info@feristorante.it within the required time.
If the reservation should result in a no-show, a penalty of € 50 per person booked will be charged. The reduction of the number of guests with less than 48 hours notice will result in a charge of € 50 for each canceled cover.
Pets
Small dogs will be welcome only in the private room upon confirmation of the booking office.
Dress code
We do not have a restrictive dress code; we only ask you to wear a clothing that is appropriate to our place and therefore to avoid items such as flip-flops and tank tops.
Children
Children from 10 years of age are welcome. However, for kids below this age we kindly ask you to contact directly the restaurant in order to better verify your needs and confirm the reservation.
Intolerances
During the booking process, it is necessary to indicate any allergies or food intolerances, in order for us to better cater to your needs.
The limited number of seats available obliges us to provide for a penalty in case of no show, late cancellation, change of party size not communicated via email 48 hours in advance.
